Biography

I am a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland). Previously, I was a postdoc in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Zurich (Switzerland). I completed my Ph.D. in Business and Economics at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain). I have visited other research institutions such as the Joint Initiative for Latin American Experimental Economics (University of Chicago/University of CEMA), the Berlin Institute for Integration and Migration Research (Humboldt University of Berlin), and the Institute of Social and Economic Research (University of Osaka).

In research, I use sports data and quantitative/experimental methods to analyze behavior, test for discrimination, and help organizations make informed decisions.
